Penang International Food Festival 2017 (PIFF) is held throughout the month of April in various locations. I only managed to go to the Street Food Fest on 15th April. Go to this link for calendar of events happening around this month.

Canon PhotoMarathon Malaysia 2016 - Penang

After 2 years Canon PhotoMarathon returned to Penang again! The venue is still the same as PhotoMarathon 2014 which is Gurney Paragon. And I also have a something to share with you at the end of this post. This came as a surprise to me as I wasn't expecting at all.

The Fujifilm X-perience: X-T2 Touch & Feel Session

Hello photographers!

Since hubby and I attended Fujifilm X-perience last year and found the event interesting we decided to attend again this year. Fujifilm X-T2 Touch & Feel session was held on 28 August from 2:30pm till 6pm at Kota Cornwallis Dine & Coffee. I feel last year's event at Royale Bintang was more exciting and garnered an overwhelming crowd. The speaker Ella Locardi was so inspirational that I thought of living the nomadic life too.

Butterworth Fringe Festival 2016

Hey readers!

Last week hubby and I attended Butterworth Fringe Festival (BFF) briefly just to take a look at his photo for Star Sanctuary Seberang Perai Photography Awards 2016. The theme is #MyPantaiBersih which is a beach overlooking Penang island from Butterworth. The festival was held for 2 days from 13 - 14 August 2016 (5pm - 11pm) at Jalan Jeti Lama and admission is free for all. After its overwhelming success last year, the BFF returned this year with one of a kind local and international showcases, intriguing art installations, screenings, live performances and much more. Logos Hope World Largest Floating Book Fair

Hello bookworms,

Last week I went to Logos Hope Book Fair at Swetteham Pier Cruise Terminal. The special feature about this book fair is it is the world’s largest floating book fair and probably one of its kind. My husband and I went for a short visit on the weekends and it was a fun one. Love the ice-cream.

Logos Hope is back in Penang from 3rd to 28th September 2015 for the second time before heading to Africa.

The Fujifilm X-perience: Preview of X-T10

Finally found time to blog again. This time I will share my experience on a Fujifilm event I attended last week. The event was held at Dataran Underground at Kuala Lumpur on 3rd June and Royale Bintang Hotel, Penang on 5th June. I attended the one in Penang from 2:30pm til 8:30pm. All these photos were taken with my trusty phone coz I didn't bring out my camera due to different brand.

New Year 2015 countdown and ad hoc modeling

I used to do a bit of part-time modeling and pageant a couple of years back. I will share my photos in future posts. Mostly do it for free for friends who are interested to brush up their portrait photography skill. I also declined a few product ambassador positions due to studies and work. Now that I am a housewife and ahem...still has the body, I would love to do modeling jobs again.

Welcome New Year 2015!

Dear readers,

Sorry for the late update as I have been very busy for the past month. I will be busy again approaching Chinese New Year cleaning and repairing the house and the biggest challenge is to cook 6-7 dishes for my in-laws during CNY eve. Ok, challenge accepted!

During New Year's eve countdown, hubby and I went to Automall at Karpal Singh drive. He was there for a photography competition while I accidentally shopping. I didn't expect a long bazaar of food stalls and online fashion stores parading in front of me. I will review about the clothes and jewelery I bought after I wear them for CNY.

Halloween 2014 at Soju Room

Hey peeps!

Happy belated Halloween! Last week hubby and I were invited to watch his colleagues' Zumba performance at Soju Room. In Malaysia, we never really celebrate Halloween like going around trick or treating and stuff. Usually we would just hangout at clubs.

I wasn't bothered to put on bloody makeup and proper costume coz hubby informed me this event like 5 hours beforehand. Anyway with those bunny ears walking along the streets, the public already gave me the nasty look.

Canon PhotoMarathon Malaysia 2014 - Penang

OMG! We were so looking forward for Canon PhotoMarathon in Penang this year. The last time this event held in Penang was in 2010 that's like 4 effing years similar to World Cup, Olympics and many other major sport events. This year was held at Gurney Paragon on November 18th (Saturday).
